In the promo for "Sima-Lend," which advertises suitcases, a girl in high-heeled shoes sits supported on one leg on a suitcase.

This trick previously made headlines across the country after a 32-year-old Yekaterinburg woman sustained injuries attempting to replicate it. The girl, on maternity leave caring for her child, decided to start a blogging career and recorded a trick of sitting on one high heel on a kitchen table. She also placed an inverted pot under the heel. Before she could record her balancing act on video, the young mother lost her balance and fell into the gap between the table and the kitchen unit. The fall reportedly resulted in a spinal fracture.

The "challenge" (as the trendy word "challenge" is translated from English in TikTok) involves sitting in high heels on a structure made from a stool and a pot, crossing one leg over the other, and casually applying lipstick.

A video showing how this looks from the influencer was posted on his Telegram channel by the well-known journalist and radio host Sergei Stillavin. He pointed out that to perform this stunt, having high heels and desire is not enough. Proper physical preparation is also required.
