The incident occurred near a house on Bardina Street, 3/1. Pavel’s 16-year-old daughter was sitting in the front seat. At the moment the car passed under the camera, she raised her arm, partially covering the seatbelt with her sweatshirt.
— The inspectors decided that my daughter was not wearing a seatbelt, but that’s not true. She always buckles up as soon as she gets in the car, even when driving around the yard. In the photo, you can see that the belt is simply covered by her hand, but no one cares. She was wearing a loose gray hoodie, and in the frame, the belt is hidden under the fabric, but its stripe is still visible—running from the sleeve to the hood, — complained Pavel in a conversation with E1.RU.
He tried to challenge the fine but was unsuccessful. The driver was offered to appeal in court if he disagreed with the decision, but in the end, he simply paid the fine.
The traffic police of the Sverdlovsk region confirmed that the resolution was issued based on automatic data recording. They reminded that the driver has the right to appeal within 10 days (Article 30.3 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation).
A Yekaterinburg resident paid twice for exceeding the speed limit.
Someone in particular? On Kosmonavtov Avenue, traffic police stop all vehicles.
81 protocols and “double size.” Inspectors detained a repeat offender and violator of traffic rules.
