      On the evening of August 30 in Nizhny Tagil, DPS inspectors were patrolling the city and noticed a suspicious "Gazelle" parked illegally on the lawn. Its headlights were on. When they approached, they found the driver dead.

      An ambulance was called to the scene immediately, but the medics could only confirm the driver's death. The deceased was a 42-year-old local resident who had 25 years' driving experience. Over the past year the man had been held administratively liable three times for traffic violations, the Sverdlovsk traffic police reported.

      What exactly caused the death will be determined by specialists following a medical examination and by investigators.
