Two glass high-rises will be built on the site of the demolished "Karneol".
Details have emerged about the residential complex that will appear on the site of "Karneol." The project was named "Gogolya, 21."
The company Brusnika held a closed presentation of the residential complex. Apartments are not yet for sale, but apparently these high-rises will become the most expensive housing in Yekaterinburg — the price per square meter starts at 400–450 thousand rubles.
The average apartment size in the building is about 130 square meters, and the upper floors will feature penthouses of more than 600 square meters. According to the portal E1.RU, such housing in one of the high-rises will cost at least 52 million rubles.
The towers, 21 and 25 stories high, will be connected by a podium, and the courtyard will be located on the fourth-floor terrace. The project includes above-ground and underground parking — three levels each.
Earlier it was reported that the deal price was 978 million rubles. The company noted at the time of purchase that the building was outdated, and therefore it will not be completed.
