It has become known when "Indian summer" will finally arrive in Sverdlovsk Oblast.
In the coming week cold autumn weather will set in across the Sverdlovsk Region. Temperatures are expected to fall from Monday, and from Tuesday through Friday thermometer readings will remain below the climatological norm.
— On September 8 an atmospheric front will pass through the region, accompanied by rain. Overnight into Tuesday, a cyclone will form over the Trans‑Urals behind it, bringing cloudiness and precipitation. By Wednesday this cyclone will shift southward, and for a day the precipitation will stop. However, overnight into Thursday a new surge of cold air will begin to enter the region, and with the passage of another front rain is again possible, — writes Alexey Pulin on his Telegram channel "Weather in Yekaterinburg."
Starting Friday, weather conditions will begin to be shaped by an anticyclone centered over the European part of Russia. Precipitation will cease, but the likelihood of nighttime frosts will increase. As the anticyclone strengthens, gradual warming will begin, leading to the onset of the so‑called "Indian summer."
