A solid fence was put up in the center of Yekaterinburg.
A plot of land next to the well-known "Flowers" pavilion at 31z Malysheva in Yekaterinburg has been enclosed by an opaque fence. It appeared at the intersection of Malysheva and Voevodina streets, where there is currently a green zone.
The Yekaterinburg mayor’s office told E1.RU that archaeological surveys were being conducted on the site. As of the end of August, no building permits had been issued for the area, and the land parcel’s category had not changed.
Cadastral documents indicate that the plot covers about two thousand square meters, and its permitted use is "business management." Such land allows for the construction of office and business centers, hotels, or catering establishments.
It was previously reported that the state historical and cultural expertise approved the documentation for the major renovation of the building at 31z Malysheva in Yekaterinburg. In the old "Flowers" pavilion, the daughter of the head of RMK, Elizaveta, plans to open a restaurant. Photographs of the project were published by the Telegram channel "Yekaterinburg. Main."
