According to the fresh alert, Ivan Koryukov* (*listed by Rosfinmonitoring as a terrorist and extremist) has a tattoo on his hand.

Wanted for committing a terrorist offense, and also for a group escape from custody, Koryukov Ivan Andreevich*, born October 14, 2000, Russian, native of the town of Kirovgrad, Sverdlovsk Region.
Accused of committing a terrorist offense (para. 'a' of part 2 of Art. 205, part 2 of Art. 313 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
Distinctive features: short hair, stubble, tattoo on the right hand — a spiderweb (faintly visible).
May be wearing the following items: black lightweight jacket with a hood, dark blue UMBRO track pants, black hooded sweatshirt.
