
Teachers and healthcare workers in Sverdlovsk are forced to look for second jobs.
Every other healthcare worker or teacher in the Sverdlovsk Region is looking for a side job. This conclusion follows from a survey conducted by the online recruitment service HeadHunter.
Of the total number of surveyed medical workers and teachers, 58% confirmed they want to find a side job. In addition, those in the arts and mass media industry (61%) and specialists in beauty and fitness (60%) need an additional source of income. Overall, 48% of respondents intend to find side work for the autumn. Only 41.1% of the surveyed residents of Sverdlovsk have enough work from their main job; 6% were undecided.
— Among the Ural regions, residents of the Tyumen Region are most likely to currently have a side job (8%), while workers from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug are least likely (4%). At the same time, the majority of workers in the Tyumen Region (48.4%) would like to find an additional source of income in the future, while residents of the Chelyabinsk Region are least concerned about this (42%), the EAN publication cites HeadHunter director Oksana Sidletskaya.
