"They're locals." A Yekaterinburg resident counted 12 speed bumps on one street.
A resident of Yekaterinburg counted 12 speed bumps on Uzornaya Street in the settlement of Sovkhozny. The driver said it was the work of local residents, likely protecting their peace.
In frames of the video the man sent to the Telegram public channel “Zloy Yekaterinburg,” he is driving along a narrow roadway flanked by fences of brick cottages.
The author of the video explained that it was Uzornaya Street in the settlement of Sovkhozny (Leninsky District of Yekaterinburg).
He said he counted 12 very tall speed bumps. “They’ve placed them under the 40 sign and thrown stones onto the shoulder,” the driver added.
According to the reader, the artificial bumps were installed by local residents to slow down cars driving on Uzornaya. “They think this road is their property,” the author noted.
In the comments, subscribers were split between those who share the author’s anger about the number of speed bumps and those who are outraged by motorists who bypass traffic jams via such streets or drive at high speed.
Earlier, in 2023 it was reported that cottage residents on Uzornaya blocked residents of Sovkhozny from accessing the school.
