In Kamensk‑Uralsky, after activities on a field behind the school, a group of teenagers attacked one of their peers. Investigative authorities have opened a criminal case over the incident, the press service of the regional Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported.
"A criminal case has been opened by the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation — 'hooliganism'," the agency clarified.
The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered a report on the progress of the investigation.
Footage posted on social media shows the victim being surrounded by a crowd of peers, after which he is set upon and beaten. Some bystanders did not intervene at first, while some of the teenagers reacted to what was happening with mockery.
Earlier, it should be recalled, the teenagers accused of attacking a coach in the Sverdlovsk Region described how it all happened.
