Judging by the video, the driver did not see the young man on the scooter because of parked cars. The young man was thrown into the air by the impact, then he fell onto the asphalt and could not get up. An ambulance arrived to help the injured man, E1.RU reports.
Earlier in Yekaterinburg a teenage scooter rider doused a passerby with pepper spray over a remark.
