In Yekaterinburg, a 17-year-old schoolboy climbed onto the grounds of the unfinished "Prizma" near the railway station. There he accidentally badly injured his hand on a metal fence.
The security guards refused to call an ambulance for him, saying he was "to blame himself." First aid was given by a passerby, who also called the medics.
"I was shouting for help at the top of my lungs, the security didn't care. In response I got: 'Get out of here, keep bleeding, we've seen everything.' His hand was ripped open to the bone," the victim's friend told the Fourth Channel.
At the hospital the young man's hand was stitched up. Still, the teenager will probably no longer be able to move three fingers.
The police reported that they had not received information about the incident before the publication. An investigation is underway.
Earlier we reported that the body of a 13-year-old schoolgirl was found in a major city in the Urals.
