A man from Yekaterinburg bought a TV on Wildberries for 47,000 rubles and ran into trouble.

A resident of Yekaterinburg ordered a TV on Wildberries for 46,700 rubles, but instead of the promised two days has been waiting for it for more than two weeks. This was reported by E1.RU.

Alexey paid for the purchase on September 8, and delivery was scheduled for the 10th. However, the item did not arrive on the appointed day. The man repeatedly contacted customer support but received only messages about a "delivery delay."

An attempt to deliver the order was made only on September 18 — a couple of hours before they arrived the couriers had notified the client, but at that time he and his wife were in Kazan. Alexey agreed to reschedule for September 21, but the TV still was not delivered. Since September 22 he has been writing to support almost every other day.

Wildberries explained that the item was mistakenly sent to another city. The TV is now being returned to Yekaterinburg, and the courier service promises to deliver it shortly.

"We apologize for the inconvenience. A high level of service is our priority, so we are conducting an internal investigation and have already informed the customer of the new delivery dates," the company's press service said.
