By 2029, a hotel with a thermal complex is planned to be built near Yekaterinburg-Expo. The project was prepared by Ural developer Prinzip and presented at the international exhibition-forum 100+ TechnoBuild, reports URA.RU.
"The hotel is designed to host multi-day forums. Guests will be able to stay in maximum comfort: the project includes spa zones, landscaped grounds and thermal springs," the company clarified.
The hotel will be managed by a well-known operator, but its name has not yet been disclosed.
The project received a positive assessment from acting Deputy Governor — Minister of Investment and Development of the Sverdlovsk Region Dmitry Ionin. He noted that events at the Expo venue attract about half a million participants annually, and the new hotel will provide a convenient accommodation solution for them.
Earlier it was reported that a giant hotel with a water park and a rooftop pool will be built in Yekaterinburg.
