Unexpected outcome: it emerged who blew up the parcel pickup point in Yekaterinburg.
In Yekaterinburg, the troublemaker who wrecked an order pickup point on Belorechenskaya Street and smashed an employee’s laptop was identified as Nikolai Sh., a former employee of that pickup point.
According to colleagues, the man was fired for disciplinary violations: he showed up for shifts intoxicated and used rags instead of a toilet. After his dismissal Nikolai began sending threats to employees and customers, and obscene proposals to women, E1.RU reports.
During the incident at the pickup point he jumped on a table and shouted the name Teymuraz — the owner’s husband, against whom, witnesses say, he had grievances. It is known that Nikolai previously worked at another pickup point on Bardina Street, where in May 2024 he attempted to attack the owner with a knife. The owner then fired back with a traumatic firearm.
The incident on Belorechenskaya was caught on video: the footage shows a man struggling to stay on his feet, climbing onto a table, then grabbing a laptop and forcefully throwing it to the floor.
Later, in a video of the arrest, Nikolai says he vaguely remembers what happened: "They say I threw the laptop. I don't remember. I only remember that the police detained me. Miss, I have no complaints against you, I apologize."
