“On the way the man asked to stop at a store to buy water. We arrived, the driver went to get him water. He came back, and the man was already turning blue,” a source told Ura.Ru.
The taxi driver called a passerby; they pulled the passenger out of the car and called an ambulance. The medics who arrived at the scene were unable to save the man. The press service of the Investigative Committee has not yet commented on the situation.
