At Koltsovo Airport the departure of a flight to Antalya has been delayed for more than 12 hours. Hundreds of irritated passengers have gathered in the waiting area.
According to the online departures board, flight ZF-1041 was scheduled to depart for the Turkish resort at 3:35 a.m., but the departure was moved to 4:00 p.m. on October 8.
"The flight was delayed; they said they were fixing something," a reader of E1.RU said.
According to passenger Irina, no food was provided and no hotel was offered — they were given only water.
"According to the representative, a flap broke; the part is apparently being brought from Moscow," she added.
"At first we sat on the plane for two hours, then they returned us to the airport. No information, no hotel. The children are tired, the adults are angry," another traveler reported.
Passengers estimate that more than 300 people are waiting for the departure. It was not possible to promptly contact the press service of Azur Air, which operates the flight.
