      Yekaterinburg authorities have clarified the list of documents that Yekaterinburg residents aged 7–18 must present in order to ride city buses, trolleybuses and trams for free.

      According to the decree, to travel for free one must present one of the following documents:

      - a student ID card, an electronic student card, or a certificate from an educational institution (kindergarten, school, college, technical school);

      - for those receiving home education — a letter (or a copy) from the Department of Education confirming this.

      As a reminder, since September 1 travel on Yekaterinburg's surface public transport has been free for children aged 7 to 18. A metro pass costs only 200 rubles.
