On the morning of October 27, residents of the Pionersky settlement living in the area of Blucher Street witnessed an unusual incident: a completely naked man was strolling along the roads and sidewalks, E1.RU reports.
He moved confidently and, according to witnesses, was even humming something. Earlier he had been seen on the roadway of the Bluchersky Bridge — then the man had been naked only from the waist up. Witnesses filmed the incident and reported it to the police.
