      The operational headquarters in Sverdlovsk Oblast will conduct exercises in central Yekaterinburg. On the night of November 12, from midnight until 7:00 a.m., law enforcement officers and emergency services personnel will rehearse measures to prevent a terrorist act and to eliminate its possible consequences.

      The event will take place at the MAUK Cinema and Concert Theater "Kosmos" (2 Dzerzhinsky St.). Temporary restrictions for pedestrians and vehicles will be introduced for the duration of the exercises in the area bounded by Pervomayskaya Street, Karl Liebknecht Street, Nikolay Nikonov Street and the shoreline of the city pond.

      The press service of the Russian FSB for Sverdlovsk Oblast appealed to residents and visitors of Yekaterinburg, asking them to be understanding and to follow the recommendations:

      — plan travel routes in the exercise area in advance;

      — follow the instructions of law enforcement officers;

      — obtain information about the course and results of the exercises only from official sources.
