Strange weather with sharp temperature swings will set in across the Sverdlovsk Region.

      Over the coming week the weather in Sverdlovsk Oblast will be unstable. At night in some districts temperatures will drop to −14°C, while during the day the air will again begin to warm to above-freezing temperatures.

      According to the Ural Hydrometeorological Center, on November 12 it will be cloudy with clear spells, with light snow in places. Icy roads are possible. West wind 4–9 m/s, gusts up to 14 m/s. Temperatures at night −3 to −8°C, in the far north down to −13°C; daytime 0 to −5°C.

      Yekaterinburg: no significant precipitation, night −4°C, day −1°C.

      November 13: partly cloudy. No precipitation is expected at night; during the day light wet snow in places. Icy roads are possible. Southwest wind 4–9 m/s. Temperatures at night −4 to −9°C, in the far north down to −14°C; daytime −4 to +1°C.

      Yekaterinburg: no significant precipitation, night −6°C, day 0°C.

      November 14: cloudy with clear spells. At night light snow and wet snow in places; icy roads. During the day light, in places moderate rain. Southwest wind 4–9 m/s, gusts up to 14 m/s during the day. Temperatures at night −1 to −6°C, in the far north down to −11°C; daytime +1 to +6°C.

      Yekaterinburg: no significant precipitation at night, −2°C; light rain during the day, +4°C.
