The operation is already behind her; now it’s rest and minimizing contact to avoid infection. The doctors are giving a good prognosis and note positive progress. She draws, sculpts and listens to audio fairy tales and audiobooks. She sends everyone a huge hello and her thanks for the support. We, as a family, are grateful to everyone who believes in her and cares. She will make it — she’s been incredibly brave.
Right now Liza does not remember the moment of the accident and does not know what happened to her friends — the doctors have forbidden telling her about it.
