The Azur Air plane was supposed to depart on November 15 at 15:25; however, according to the online departures board at Koltsovo Airport, the departure was moved to 13:00 the next day.
Many had arrived at the airport from other towns in the region and spent the entire night at the airport with their children.
As passengers told E1.RU, the airline cites technical problems with the aircraft. But there is no official information on the matter. All passengers are now being accommodated in a hotel.
