The document provides for two stages of tariff increases — January 1 and October 1, 2026. From January the increase will be uniform across the country and will amount to 1.7%. In autumn, indexation will vary significantly by region. In Sverdlovsk Oblast the average increase will be 9.6%, with an additional 2.1% possible in certain municipalities. Earlier, it was proposed in Russia to change the fee for building-wide communal services.
