The residential quarter "Tikhiy Center" will be built in several phases in the center of Yekaterinburg. Sinara-Development has begun its construction on a plot bounded by Chelyuskintsev, Bering and Heroes of Russia streets.
"Tikhiy Center" will be located on the waterfront of the City Pond, a 10-minute walk from the Olympic Embankment, the developer's press service reports. The project foresees the construction of comfort- and business-class buildings of varying heights, linked by a pedestrian promenade with diverse infrastructure: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and boutiques. The developer has already begun monolithic works for the first phase.
The excavation for the site is 50% complete, foundation pouring has started, and the installation of tower cranes has begun. The installation of the two cranes required to carry out the work is planned to be completed by the end of January.
The commissioning of the buildings of the first phase is scheduled for the end of 2027.
