"The tramcar died": a tram froze on Radishcheva Street

On Radishcheva Street heading toward Gurzufskaya, tram traffic came to a halt. According to passengers, the carriage on route No. 1 simply froze and was unable to continue.

"The carriage died, it just froze. A bump formed on the track; it couldn't climb it. I don't know for sure, but I think the reason is the cold," one of the passengers told the EAN publication.
Earlier it was reported that in Yekaterinburg public transport speeds were reduced: trams to 25 km/h, trolleybuses to 35 km/h.
