Three children were injured in the Chelyabinsk region when a bus collided with a loader on the M-5 "Ural" highway, Interfax reports.
The accident occurred in the Sosnovsky District. The driver of a children's scheduled bus traveling the Roshchino–Slavino route, according to preliminary information, did not notice a loader being towed by an excavator, the press service of the Southern Ural road administration said.
There were 22 children and two adults on the bus.
The press service clarified that the road machinery involved in the accident does not belong to the contractor responsible for maintaining that section of the highway.
