It has been revealed who in Sverdlovsk Oblast won more than 300 million rubles in the lottery.

A young mother from Sverdlovsk Oblast won 333,333,333 rubles in the "New Year's Billion," the State Lottery press service reports.

One of the four multimillionaires of the New Year's draw was a young mother and educational psychologist from a small settlement in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Natalia Lokhmatova. Her winnings amounted to 333,333,333 rubles.

According to the winner, she felt from the very beginning that she would be lucky.

"I had a premonition that I would win a large sum. Besides, I have a green thumb: everything I plant in the ground always sprouts quickly," Natalia said.

Because of New Year's fuss, the woman missed the live broadcast of the draw and learned about her win later—when she logged into her Stoloto account on her phone.

Natalia plans to direct the winnings to charity, targeted assistance for relatives, and the realization of long-standing plans. Her main dream is to be able to financially support her mother.

"Life will change dramatically this year. I want to help my relatives, secure my son's future, buy an apartment and a car," she shared.

Natalia is an educational psychologist by training. She is currently on parental leave caring for her two-year-old son.
