      In Yekaterinburg a resident of a building on Molotoboytsev Street has been terrorizing her neighbors — a family with two children. Recently she attacked the one-year-old daughter of the couple she hates, reports KP‑Yekaterinburg.

      As the child's mother, Ekaterina, told the publication, the neighbor wants their family to move out of the building.

      — She thinks my husband is from the south. Although my husband is Russian, he was born and raised in Yekaterinburg, his name is Nikita, Ekaterina explains.

      In September this woman already attacked the husband — she tried to beat him with a stroller, the victim's wife told KP‑Yekaterinburg. In footage shot on a phone, it can be seen that the woman striking the man with a folded stroller is being stopped by her own child, a girl of about eight. "Mom, let's go," the girl pleads to the woman.

      On Monday, January 19, the aggressive neighbor, according to the victims, again attacked them when the man was holding their one-year-old daughter.

      — She hit us with a bag and a dog leash; most of the blows struck our daughter on the head and face, the child's mother told the publication.

      As early as September the couple filed a report with the police, but apparently no action was taken.

      — A report was received by Police Department No. 13. The woman's identity has been established. The police are investigating the circumstances of the incident. A reasoned decision will be made based on the results of the inquiry, the press office of the Russian Interior Ministry's directorate for Yekaterinburg told KP‑Yekaterinburg.
