Over the past year dozens of lawsuits seeking debt recovery have been filed against the Serov Ferroalloy Plant. In 2025 Korolyov Pipe Plant recovered more than 6 million rubles from the Ural enterprise. Since mid-December 2025 the Serov Ferroalloy Plant has received 16 lawsuits, including one for 73 million rubles — from an electricity supplier, reports the EAN news outlet.
