A new comprehensive development project for the region, which includes the construction of housing for medical workers and teachers, will be launched in a municipality of the Sverdlovsk region that is relatively remote from the regional center. This was reported by the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Denis Pasler, on his channel in MAX.

The project will be implemented in the Artemovsky municipal district. The construction of low-rise apartment buildings is planned on a two-hectare site.

One of them, with 20 apartments, is intended for the accommodation of education and healthcare workers. Construction is set to begin in 2027.

"Attracting medical and educational personnel to work in the municipalities of the Middle Urals is a priority task for the authorities. To address this, it is necessary to create quality working and living conditions for specialists. The availability of housing is of paramount importance for many of them," writes Denis Pasler.

Medical and educational workers are also provided with housing as part of the regional state program, according to the message from the regional head.

Thus, by the end of 2027, one five-story, 20-apartment residential building will be constructed in the Severouralsk and Serov municipal districts using funds from the regional budget for the accommodation of healthcare and education workers.
