The restriction is seasonal: after the active melting of snow, the lawns and paths become oversaturated with moisture.
According to park representatives, any mechanical impact—whether walking, riding a bicycle, or a scooter—can damage the soil and gravel surfaces. If the accumulated moisture is not allowed to evaporate, the ground will begin to sink, and holes and cracks may appear on the paths.
The exact drying time has not yet been determined; however, the institution notes that restoration will take no more than a month.
