Employees of the Convoy Management of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region visited the military enlistment offices of Pervouralsk and Revda to assist in the employment of demobilized citizens, the press service of the penitentiary agency reported on Thursday.
On Wednesday, April 8, the head of the 1st Convoy Department and an instructor from the combat and special training group held working meetings with the military commissioners of both cities.
With the military commissioner of Pervouralsk and the Shalinsky district, they discussed employment opportunities and obtaining higher education for citizens who have completed military service. At the military enlistment office in Revda, as well as in the Artinsky and Nizhneserginsky districts, the meeting also focused on employment and higher education issues for demobilized citizens.
Such interaction helps former servicemen successfully adapt to civilian life, find decent jobs, and continue their education, including in the departmental educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, the agency's press service noted.
