- transporting children under 12 years old on the back seat of a motorcycle is prohibited;
- children under 16 years old are not allowed to operate a motorcycle without a driver's license;
- a motorcycle driver's license can be obtained from the age of 16 (for light motorcycles up to 125 cm³ and mopeds), and for operating motorcycles without power restrictions only after 18 years old (category "A" license).
