On Cosmonautics Day, a huge street art object titled "We are all crew of one ship" appeared on the roof of "Bread Factory No. 6". The project united the efforts of teams from the studio "ON THE MOUNTAIN", the cluster "Bread Factory No. 6", the company Foodface.ru, and the educational center "Youth Bureau '5th Floor'".
The foundation of the project is based on a philosophical phrase by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. The giant inscription, covering an area of about 250 square meters, is located on the roof and can only be read from a height: it is clearly visible from the portholes of passing airplanes, in aerial footage, and in satellite images. Thanks to this perspective, the work exists not just as a local object on the factory's territory, but also as a noticeable artistic statement on the scale of the entire city.
The project is timed to coincide with Cosmonautics Day. For its authors, it is a way to remind us of a simple yet incredibly important thought: truly significant changes are only possible where people know how to act together. To make breakthroughs on Earth, develop the urban environment, and transform former industrial areas into new points of attraction, one must think beyond familiar boundaries and work as one cohesive team, the press service of the "Bread Factory No. 6" cluster reported.
