"Just not home." The 11-year-old boy found in Yekaterinburg was afraid to go back.
An eleven-year-old boy, whose search was previously announced by the "LisaAlert" team, categorically did not want to return home. The details of this story are provided by the "Incident Yekaterinburg" channel in MAX.
The missing child was recognized and reported to the police by a Yekaterinburg resident named Nastya. Late on April 15, she saw the boy in a shawarma shop on Vikulova Street and, according to her, recognized him immediately.
Other visitors also recognized the missing boy from the photograph published in the media. In response to questions, the boy gave a false name and age, and also fabricated a story that he had supposedly lost his keys, that his parents were in another city, and that they would pick him up in the morning, writes "Incident Yekaterinburg."
"He asked me to let him go, and he left. He categorically did not want to go home," the eyewitness said. When the police arrived and took the child to their car to take him to the station, the boy burst into tears and begged not to be taken home.
"Anywhere but home. The boy himself is calm. We talked to him. He was very tired. They treated him to shawarma and poured him some tea. At first, he refused, but then he ate a little. I feel sorry for him," Nastya said.
Let us remind you that the boy went missing on the afternoon of April 14, not returning home from school. Volunteers from "LisaAlert" reported that he had been riding around the city on various public transport.
