The management company, having lost half of its houses, left the market in the Sverdlovsk region.
In Nizhny Tagil, the management company "Stroyservis" is ceasing operations. Twenty residential buildings in Galyanka are temporarily left without management, reports IA "All News."
For a long time, the company was one of the largest players in the housing and utilities market in Nizhny Tagil, but over several years, it lost more than half of the buildings under its management — their number decreased from 44 to 20.
Residents frequently complained about the work of "Stroyservis," accusing it of falsifications, and through the courts, they transitioned to other management companies.
On April 8, the regional State Housing and Construction Supervision deprived LLC "Stroyservis" of its license to manage the remaining 20 apartment buildings. The director of the management company, Alexey Chumichev, told IA "All News" that the decision to revoke the license was voluntary.
"We wrote a letter through State Services ourselves, requesting to revoke the license. We got tired of fighting with competitors. They are taking over the houses, connecting residents, police, prosecutors, bombarding us with complaints that we allegedly do nothing or do it very poorly. Inspection after inspection, in short, they did not let us work. And all through the homeowners, through fronts, through other competitive management companies. And we decided to leave the market," Chumichev told the news agency.
According to the Rusprofile service, the company "Stroyservis" was founded in 2014. Until the last moment, the founders were Artem Rubtsov (66% of shares) and Anastasia Tatyankina (34%). As of April 13, 100% of the shares belong to Alexander Kipriyanov. By the end of 2025, the organization's revenue amounted to 82 million rubles (-45% compared to the previous period), and net profit decreased by 93% — to 219 thousand rubles.
