      — The production volumes of raw milk, both in our region and across the country, are increasing, which is causing prices to decrease. This allows producers of dairy products to save on raw materials and supply items such as sour cream, butter, and ice cream to retail chains at affordable prices. Additionally, due to the expansion of production, prices for hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses have been decreasing for the fourth consecutive month, said Elizaveta Kenig, an economist at the Ural Main Department of the Bank of Russia.

      However, at the same time, prices for dining out have increased. High demand has allowed catering businesses to raise prices.
