      In Chelyabinsk, a woman gave birth on the street, right near the regional children's clinical hospital. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of Health.

      The child's father said that labor began on the way to the perinatal center. The woman did not manage to reach the entrance of the medical facility. Doctors were called for help. Medical staff went outside, saw a woman leaning against a tree holding a newborn in her arms. The child and mother received the necessary assistance.

      — While we were attending to the child and mother, my colleague called Lyudmila Vasilyevna Isaeva. She is an anesthesiologist with extensive experience working with newborns in the delivery room. She suggested that a second clamp should be placed on the umbilical cord and said it needed to be cut. After that, we placed the baby on the mother's chest and invited the father, — said resuscitation doctor Mikhail Salasin from the Chelyabinsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital.

      Afterwards, the mother and newborn were taken by ambulance to the regional perinatal center, reports EAN.
