An administrative case has been initiated against the chairwoman of the "Bazhenovsky" dairy cooperative, Natalia Bazhenova, for the scandalous dumping of milk, reports v-tagile.ru. As the entrepreneur herself explained, the initiator of the complaint was the Irbit Dairy Plant.
Bazhenova reported this in an open letter addressed to the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, Denis Pasler, published by the "Signal Ural" publication, as conveyed by v-tagile.ru. For the first time, the farmer wrote to Governor Pasler about the situation in the industry back in February, when a ban on the export of milk outside the region was imposed due to identified cases of pasteurellosis, and regional dairy plants could not process the entire volume of raw materials.
This situation gained wide resonance after footage appeared on the Internet showing Bazhenova pouring raw materials into the ground.
And now the head of the agro-farm has contacted the governor again—according to her, despite the lifting of the quarantine for pasteurellosis, the situation has not improved, "all promises are just words, and no significant changes have occurred."
All factories refuse to accept her products, and the cooperative is facing inspections of its activities.
Moreover, according to the entrepreneur, an administrative case was opened against her based on the complaint from the Irbit Dairy Plant—"for pouring milk onto the ground."
Natalia Bazhenova confirmed that during the past period, she was forced to pour dozens of tons of raw materials into the sewage system.
The regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food previously noted that a number of processing enterprises have refused milk supplied by the cooperative in recent years due to the raw materials not meeting established standards.
To confirm that the agro-farm's products meet all necessary requirements, it must undergo inspection by the Rosselkhoznadzor, but a number of organizational difficulties have arisen with this. In particular, according to the farmer, her cooperative collects milk not only from its own herd of 40 heads but also from 49 personal subsidiary farms.
"Raw milk supplied to processing enterprises must meet GOST standards. Food producers bear direct responsibility for the life and health of people. Sverdlovsk processors collectively accept about 2,000 tons of milk daily, and even one liter of low-quality raw materials that gets to the factory can affect the quality of the entire batch of products," the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Sverdlovsk region previously informed the EAN agency.
