The message that a police unit was needed for the arriving flight from Blagoveshchensk was received by the transport police at the air harbor of the Ural capital on Monday, April 27. The detainee had no prior legal issues. The police apprehended the violator and took him to the duty station of the Leningrad Region Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at Koltsovo Airport.
