Fake information about the "holding of a patriotic Saturday" has been identified in chats and social networks in the Sverdlovsk region. This was reported by the Anti-Terrorism Commission of the region.
To launch the fake, a fake account of one of the regional ministries was created on social networks, as well as a news channel.
Through it, citizens are informed about the "holding of a patriotic Saturday" and are asked to follow a phishing link to register.
"These messages are a provocation aimed at discrediting youth policy and stealing users' personal data," the "Anti-Terror Ural" channel in MAX states.
