In the satellite city of Yekaterinburg, neighbors on the same floor declared war on blind children.

      In Verkhnyaya Pyshma, neighbors are terrorizing a family with blind children, reports "Fourth Channel" in MAH. In the video, adult men intentionally create an obstacle course to harm the disabled children.

      According to the affected mother, the neighbors deliberately clutter the common corridor near their apartment, obstructing her children's passage.

      "They leave the stroller in the public corridor, open the drawer doors," the woman said. The footage from the camera shows that adult men intentionally leave the doors wide open and walk away. The stroller is blocking half of the passage, while the neighbors, according to the woman, are using another stroller.

      One day, the children's father was openly attacked. After he went out to talk to the neighbors about their noisy party that woke the children, he was pushed towards the elevators, where there are no cameras, and beaten, reports "Fourth Channel." After the incident, a criminal case was initiated for causing moderate bodily harm, and the case materials have already been sent to court.
