According to its data, unknown individuals are sending notifications to Sverdlovsk residents stating that the owner of the plot has allegedly violated land legislation. A fine is offered for payment at a discount, for which one must follow a link.
Next, a scheme is applied involving hacking the personal account on the State Services portal.
Rosreestr never informs about fines via SMS, in messengers, and does not require personal data to be provided, the agency noted.
In addition, the resolution is handed to the violator in person during the consideration of the administrative case, or it is sent by registered mail or to the personal account on the State Services portal. It must be signed by the deputy chief state inspector of the Sverdlovsk region for land use and protection and bear the seal of the regional Rosreestr.
