An Egyptian was hiding from his children in massage parlors in Yekaterinburg.
In Yekaterinburg, bailiffs have once again found a debtor for alimony who was hiding from payments and official employment but continued to work as a masseur in the city's spa salons.
According to the bailiff service, a native of Egypt owed more than one million rubles in alimony to his children—a son and a daughter. The man did not reside at his registered address, was not officially employed anywhere, and regularly changed his place of residence and work in an attempt to evade responsibility.
The debtor was first located in the fall of last year. At that time, the bailiffs discovered him working as a masseur in one of Yekaterinburg's spa salons. The man was informed about the consequences of further evasion of payments, including administrative and criminal liability. However, after that, he stopped communicating, did not attend appointments with the bailiff, and continued to evade his obligations.
As a result, the man was once again declared wanted. Later, the bailiffs found him again—this time in a different massage salon.
As noted by the agency, the debtor effectively decided to "cancel" alimony for his children but not his unofficial employment.
An administrative protocol has been drawn up against the man under Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation. If he continues to evade alimony payments, he may face criminal liability under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation—"Failure to pay funds for the maintenance of children or disabled parents."
