      Employees of the management company doused a Yekaterinburg resident with pepper spray, who has been trying for three years to get the dilapidated parking lot repaired. This was reported by the Telegram channel Ural Mash.

      Residents of the house on Radishcheva are fighting with the company "Iskon" over the underground parking. According to the residents, rebar is sticking out of the walls, stalactites hang from the ceiling due to constant leaks, there is no fire alarm, and the plaster is crumbling. The owners cover their cars with bags but are tired of such conditions. Therefore, they decided to contact the management company.

      They also reached out to the State Housing Inspectorate and the prosecutor's office, but there was no significant response from there. Inspections were conducted, and the management company was fined 40,000 rubles. In court, representatives of "Iskon" stated that it makes no sense to carry out repairs, and all the blame lies with the developer.

      After that, the residents who complained the most began to receive threats, and one was even attacked with pepper spray. The victims contacted the police.

      Earlier, it was reported that a hundred employees of the management company in Yekaterinburg were left without salaries.
