Law enforcement officials have detained Dmitry Semizorov, the deputy general director of the Uralvagonzavod concern for special equipment. He has been charged with embezzlement. This was reported by RBC, citing sources.

According to the investigation, violations occurred during the implementation of contracts related to the supply of climate equipment for the defense industry. The investigation believes that the difference of more than 50 million rubles was embezzled and cashed out by the participants in the scheme.
Now Semizorov is charged with embezzlement in a particularly large amount. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
