      This decision was influenced by the case of Andrei Sychev, a conscript private from Krasnoturinsk, who served in the support battalion of the Chelyabinsk Tank Institute and became a victim of bullying by a sergeant-colleague, resulting in him becoming a severely disabled person.

      In 2018, a local deputy acquired the property complex of the institution with the aim of building a residential quarter, notes "FederalPress". The housing was constructed in 2019-2021.
