On June 2, 2026, the construction of a new public and business center with parking began in the center of Yekaterinburg. The facility will be located at the intersection of Radishcheva and Sheinkmana streets in the Lenin district.

The future business center will consist of 11 floors. Commercial premises and a public parking lot for 80 car spaces will be located on the first two levels. Access to the parking will be from Radishcheva street.
The parking will be equipped with an automatic license plate recognition system. Payment will be charged for the actual time of parking used.
