A new hotel and thermal complex "Baltym Thermal Baths" will be built on the shore of Lake Baltym. The agreement for the implementation of the project was signed by the owners of "Ogon Plyazha" and the federal hotel operator AZIMUT Hotels at the international industrial exhibition "INNOPROM". The new complex will be located on the first coastline of the lake, next to the existing project "Ogon Plyazh". According to the investors, the project will create more than 100 new jobs and expand opportunities for accommodating tourists and vacationers in the northern direction of Yekaterinburg.
Construction of the complex on an area of 10 hectares is planned to begin in the fall of 2026. After commissioning, the "Baltym Thermal Baths" will be able to host over 40,000 guests annually.
The resort will include a hotel with 95 rooms and a modern thermal complex covering 3,200 square meters. Visitors will have access to 10 types of baths and saunas, several swimming pools, including shallow areas for children. A children's sauna and a playroom will also be provided for families with children.
